左占宣，男，博士，副研究員。主要從事結構抗震能力評估與設防、強地震動(dòng)特征研究。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃政府間國際合作重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)項課題、黑龍江省自然科學(xué)基金等科研項目5項。發(fā)表論文30余篇，其中SCI檢索20余篇，獲得發(fā)明專(zhuān)利3項，參與出版學(xué)術(shù)專(zhuān)著(zhù)一本，入選黑龍江省第二批高層次人才。
